We are seeking to appoint 3 motivated, skilled and enthusiastic teachers to join our dedicated and experienced team to provide outstanding learning opportunities. All of the posts are full time permanent contracts.  New and Early Career Teachers as well as experienced colleagues are all welcome to apply.  Knowledge, experience or a desire to develop professionally working with young people presenting with complex, severe and profound additional needs would be desirable or advantageous for at least two of the posts along with an understanding of delivering a curriculum focus of communication and sensory development.

All our Teachers are expected to deliver a range of subjects which could include English, Maths, PSHE and other non-core subjects. The successful candidates are required to have knowledge of child development, a good understanding of teaching methods as well as a strong interest in supporting students with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities from across the full continuum of learning and additional needs.

Most of our students are working at developmental stages below their age-related expectations and as such we are looking for candidates who can teach students in a creative yet age appropriate way whilst having the understanding that they are working at earlier stages of development.  You could potentially be required to work across all key stages and be flexible and adaptable enough to deliver across a range of subjects. You will also be expected to co-ordinate a subject area across school. You need to be innovative, passionate, and enthusiastic to meet the full range of needs of our young people.

We deliver personalised learning opportunities that meet the pastoral and academic needs of our students ensuring that everyone is stretched and challenged at their own level. If you are hardworking with a positive attitude to life, love of learning, possess excellent communication skills and have a commitment to supporting the opportunities of which all our students are entitled we welcome your application. In return you will be part of a fantastic team working with remarkable young people in excellent facilities making a positive impact on the achievements and aspirations of our students and their families.
