The Governing body of Baines School is looking to appoint an inspirational and innovative Headteacher who has a passion for education and the continuous development of the school, staff and pupils from w/b 1st September 2024 or sooner, where possible.
We are looking for a proven outstanding leader, who is able to articulate their vision for the school and who will inspire and empower others to share in achieving it. The successful candidate will be driven by a commitment to creating the best possible educational opportunities for the young people, whilst upholding the ethos of Baines School. They will also be expected to meet the challenge of continued school improvement.
Applicants must be experienced educationalists who can lead and inspire a dedicated and talented staff team, working in partnership with students, parents/carers and the wider community. The Governors feel that this is a tremendous opportunity to take forward a long-established school and wish to appoint a Headteacher who will:
