The Governing Body of St Oswald’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an ambitious, energetic and resilient professional to become our Deputy Headteacher.  The ideal candidate will be a practising Catholic, who has the experience, motivation and skills to make a difference to our school community. We want somebody who will bring joy to the lives of our children and staff, challenging and supporting them to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven leadership skills within primary education and experience of leading school improvement.

  • Somebody with a strong personality, a great sense of humour and the ability to bring light to the darkest situation.
  • Be committed to maintaining and developing our school ethos and fostering positive relationships with the Parish and wider community.
