The Governing Body and Headteacher of West Lancashire Community High School are currently inviting applications for a Class Teacher (Maternity cover) within Key Stage 3. The post is for a MPS Teacher with SEN points (1 or 2 dependent on qualifications and experience) Applications from Early Careers Teachers (ECT) are welcomed.

We are looking to recruit an inspirational, tenacious and dedicated class teacher who will have a passion for teaching, skills to inspire our students to succeed, is versatile and eager to positively contribute to the success of the school and instil the school's values and vision within the key stage they will work. West Lancashire Community High School is a place of high expectations where everyone is challenged and supported to flourish and fulfil their aspirations.
All teachers deliver the English and Maths curriculum. Each class teacher is a subject leader and you will be expected to develop and lead in that subject across school, supporting other teachers in it's delivery. You will be responsible for directing and monitoring support staff in delivering learning to individuals/groups of students.
