Due to the promotion of the previous post holder, the Governors of this popular school wish to appoint a dynamic Deputy Headteacher to work in partnership with the Head teacher. Their role will be to make a significant contribution to the continued success and further development of our school. This is an exciting time to join our team and play a key role in our future.
The successful applicant will be :
- A practising Catholic who will demonstrate a living commitment to the Catholic faith and have a clear understanding of the distinctiveness of Catholic education;
- An outstanding classroom practitioner who can coach, model and develop staff as well as deliver excellent learning in their own classroom.
- Committed as a leader to working in partnership with staff, parents, governors and the wider community; being an effective team member, leading and listening effectively
- A strong leader who can significantly contribute to school improvement; offering specific areas of leadership which impact on pupil outcomes
- Be able to positively contribute to and maintain the respectful and inclusive ethos of our school
