The Bay Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an assistant Head of English at Central Lancaster High School. The role is pivotal in supporting all pupils within our school fulfil their potential. The successful candidate will support the Head of Department in ensuring the curriculum intent is equally ambitious for all learners and is effectively implemented, across the department, ensuring positive impact on pupil progress.
