The benefits of the service to ECTs include:

- Payment in accordance with the Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document and access to the Teacher’s Pension scheme for long term positions
- Job search skills and career planning to enable teachers to move into contractual employment.
- A personal Consultant who will work closely with you to better understand your employment requirements.
- No registration fees.
Finally, many schools have previously used ECTs for supply positions once a students’ final practice is completed.
