  • Will nurture and support a culture of high expectations for all in our school and support excellence in behaviour and effort.
  • Is an outstanding teacher – who puts teaching and learning at the heart of their role and inspires others to be the best they can be.
  • Can communicate positively with the whole of our school family engaging with our local community and church.
  • Understands how best to unlock potential in children and encourages a love of learning and achievement for all.

As part of our school family we will ensure that:
  • You will be working alongside well-behaved, enthusiastic learners who are keen to listen and learn.
  • You feel like you belong and are invested in.
  • You know that you are valued and that your hard-work is appreciated.
  • You are surrounded by a supportive, ambitious and committed Governing Body.
  • You feel part of a community with strong parental support and links to our vibrant church and faith family.
  • You are looked after but also challenged to bring out the best in yourself and in the others around you.
