An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Church of England school, due to the promotion of our current Deputy therefore, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational, highly motivated, and creative Deputy Headteacher to join our experienced, dedicated and caring school team.

We are looking for a Deputy Head who:
  • Will strengthen, promote and develop our strong, inclusive Christian ethos in our school.
  • Will work in partnership with our newly appointed Headteacher and our staff team to create a culture of excellence in our school, supporting our vision of a school that is ‘rooted and grounded in love.’
  • Will take on duties related to the leadership of the school (dependent on your giftings) and will be a role model in terms of subject leadership.
  • Will nurture and support a culture of high expectations for all in our school and support excellence in behaviour and effort.
  • Is an outstanding teacher – who puts teaching and learning at the heart of their role and inspires others to be the best they can be.
  • Can communicate positively with the whole of our school family engaging with our local community and church.
  • Understands how best to unlock potential in children and encourages a love of learning and achievement for all.
