Thank you for your interest in our school and the key post of Headteacher.

Queen’s Drive Primary school is outstanding! It is a diverse, two-form entry school, with a positive reputation within the community. The successful candidate will need to:

  • be an excellent teacher with a working and current knowledge and understanding of all three Key Stages in the Primary phase
  • have leadership experience and an excellent understanding of school management
  • evidence the ability to support staff in providing a broad and balanced curriculum to a high standard
  • demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills to inspire others and build relationships
  • support staff CPD and well-being
  • be a great role model for our children
