The Governing Body of Staining CE Primary School are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to work at our wonderful school. This post is to cover maternity leave starting from 28th January 2022 until the return of the post holder. We are looking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, classroom practitioner to teach in class 1 which is a mixed class of 18 pupils consisting of reception, year 1 and year 2. The appointed candidate will be required to coordinate ICT, Art & Design and DT and will be given release time to support this. Essential Qualifications

QTS Degree Experience of teaching foundation stage Experience of teaching KS1

Experience of teaching mixed-age groups Experience of working with a teaching assistant Experience of working with and engaging parents and the wider community

Essential Experience

Pupils’ educational development at Key Stage 1 and foundation stage Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum

Effective teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of all pupils
