LTA / Reed Education are seeking a PPA Teacher for an Ofsted 'Outstanding' primary school in the Rossendale area. This role is a part-time position covering 4 days per week from 8:45 to 15:30pm. The role is a temporary position, starting from January 2022 and is expected to last until Summer 2022. The school encourages pupils to believe in themselves, respect others and work together.

Qualified Teacher Status and previous experience/strong knowledge of teaching KS1 & KS2 is essential for this position.

Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Preparing, planning, and delivering high standards of lessons to ensure the continuous development of our pupils
  • Mark and monitor classwork, alongside setting targets for future progress
  • Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers
  • Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils
  • Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the school’s practice
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
