LTA / Reed Education are seeking a EYFS/Year 1 Teacher for a happy and friendly primary school in the Chorley area. This new Teacher role is a Part-time temporary position covering 3 days per week (Year 1 on Mon-Tue and EYFS on Fridays), from 08:30-15:30. This role is starting in January 2022 until July 2022.

Qualified Teacher Status and previous experience/strong knowledge of teaching EYFS/KS1 is essential for this position.

Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Preparing, planning, and delivering high standards of lessons to ensure the continuous development of our pupils
  • Mark and monitor classwork, alongside setting targets for future progress
  • Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers
  • Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils
  • Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the school’s practice
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
