We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced classroom teacher and Inclusion Lead to work as part of the professional, enthusiastic and highly motivated team in our very successful school.

The position will suit someone already working as a SENCO or someone with an interest in special educational needs and who is ready to take their next career step into a leadership role.

In the first instance, the role will involve teaching a mixed Reception and Key Stage 1 Class.

The successful candidate will be committed to playing a full part in the life of the whole school, and will be passionate about achieving the very best for every child, including those with SEND or in receipt of pupil premium.

An in-depth knowledge of child development is essential, along with significant and substantial teaching experience, including a proven track record of successfully teaching pupils with SEND. Whilst a NASENCO award is desirable, the school is fully committed to providing this training for the right candidate.
