SCHOOL VISION

We are looking to appoint an inspirational leader who has a strong commitment to education, safeguarding and the wellbeing of our children. We are looking for someone with a highly motivated and dynamic approach to leadership in a Church School. Our wonderful school was graded as Good during our Ofsted inspection in January 2019 and Excellent during our SIAMS inspection in July 2019.
We are a multi-cultural, inclusive school with a firm grounding in faith and church values which permeate everything we do. We are a loving and supportive school family that goes the extra mile for our children and parents. We are keen to find the right person to join our leadership team. We are in a special position of entering into a collaboration with St John’s, Stonefold CE Primary School in September and seek someone who is able to lead our school while our Executive Headteacher shares their time between each school.

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who:

Is able to form highly supportive and positive relationships with all stakeholders

Will be an integral part of our dynamic and forward thinking leadership team

Is able to promote, and be a role model for, our schools’ strong Christian vision, values and motto

Is keen to be part of the new era for our school as we enter into collaboration and share expertise with colleagues.
