Dallas Road Community Primary School is seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational headteacher to lead our vibrant and diverse school. Located in the centre of the historic, and progressive, City of Lancaster, the school has a distinctively broad demographic which is central to our inclusive community ethos.

As a highly regarded and ambitious school, we are committed to making Dallas Road the very best it can be. We are, therefore, seeking an inspiring and compassionate leader who can drive change and take the whole school community with them. Our new head will demonstrate resilience, innovation and the ability to lead the development of the school’s curriculum, ensuring all our pupils have access to wide and varied experiences and outstanding teaching. They will be able to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and strive to further improve standards in our school.

    Dallas Road Community Primary School is a two-form entry school with 416 children on roll. We are an inclusive school, judged by OFSTED to be 'Good' in 2017, with Early Years provision highlighted as a particular strength.
