We support schools with their recruitment for permanent, fixed term and long term supply cover roles.

The benefits of the service to Early Career Teachers include: -

  • A structured programme of Continuous Professional Development linked to individual needs.
  • Payment in accordance with the Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document and access to the Teachers' Pension scheme for long term positions
  • Job search skills and career planning to enable teachers to move into contractual employment.
