The governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring Head Teacher who will continue to lead and inspire the next phase of our school's development.

Middleforth Church of England Primary School is committed to the provision and celebration of excellent education in a Christian context. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in leadership who will take our school family forward.

We are looking for someone who can ensure that learning remains enjoyable including:

The ability to nurture, inspire and motivate others.

Proven successful leadership and management experience.

The ability to maintain and develop partnerships between children, staff, parents, Governors, Church,

Other local schools and the wider community.

Excellent communication and digital skills.

The enthusiasm and empathy required to be an agile-thinking outstanding leader.

They will also actively support the values and ethos of our Church school.
