The governors of St John with St Michael CE Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher with excellent leadership skills.

The successful candidate will lead and inspire us in our drive to build on and develop our current practice in order to raise pupil achievement.

The school have applied to join the Forward as One CE Multi Academy Trust. This means that the successful candidate will receive strong professional development and mentoring as part of a strong Trust with collaboration at its heart and a mission to ensure that all within the Trust family can flourish.

We are looking for a leader who is committed to promoting and enriching the Christian values of our school and with the proven ability to:
  • Develop a strong team and bring innovation and execute changes in an ever-changing learning environment.
  • Inspire and instil a culture of high expectations and enthuse our children to enjoy and own their learning.
