TEACHER OF HISTORY (KS3/4) (Permanent Main Scale) required for September 2021

We are looking for:
  • An excellent and ambitious teacher who believes every child has the potential to succeed in History.
  • A person who has excellent and demonstrable subject knowledge of History at KS3 and KS4.
  • A person who is passionate about History and is able to challenge and inspire all our pupils by bringing the subject to life in the classroom.
  • A person who can enthuse pupils at both key stages by delivering active and engaging learning in History.
  • The right person to make their mark in a team, who is also willing to contribute to the wider life of the school.
  • The ability to offer a second teaching subject at KS3, not necessarily Humanities.
  • An individual who wants to continually improve his/her own practice through professional development.
