Essential Experience
Recent teaching experience in EYFS
Proven effective classroom practice
Professional knowledge and understanding
National policies, priorities and statutory frameworks including EYFS
An understanding of baseline and tracking process
Ambition to be a highly successful teacher and leader
An understanding of EYFS and teaching pedagogies
