Spring Hill Primary School is looking to recruit an exceptional Teaching Assistant level 3 to work as part of our school team. You will work very closely with the class teacher to provide the very best education for our children. We believe that happy, secure children learn most effectively so you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture and develop positive relationships.
As we continually reflect on making our provision the very best that it can be we are looking for someone who is up for this challenge and who will bring their own ideas and passion to really make a difference to our children. We are looking for a strong team member who has the ability and confidence to use their own initiative to empower the children to be the very best they can be.
This is a permanent position 32.5 hours per week (10 hours Variable) working Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 3.30 pm with an unpaid lunch break. The role will involve some lunch cover. This is paid at grade 6, scale point 11, working term time only plus 5 INSET days. Please note the salary quoted is full-time equivalent.
