Summary
The Governing Board is looking to appoint a passionate and skilled Pupil & Family Support Worker to join our school family. We are looking for someone who will work closely with pupils and families to identify and remove barriers to learning, promote wellbeing, and build strong and trusting relationships. The successful applicant will be compassionate, proactive and deeply committed to helping every child succeed, both academically and emotionally.

We wish to appoint someone who can demonstrate:
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification in health, social care, education or equivalent.

  • A commitment to work within the Catholic ethos of our school.

  • Experience of working directly with children and families in an educational or community setting.

  • Experience of undertaking Early Help assessments and developing SMART action plans.

  • Experience of delivering evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.

  • Experience of multi-agency working.

    This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.
