Summary
We are currently seeking to appoint a 1:1 Support Assistant to work with a Year 2 pupil in the morning and a Year 4 pupil over lunch and in the afternoon. This is a full-time position working 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday, term time only.  

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to the pupils on a daily basis
  • Ensuring the recommendations of the pupils' EHCP are met
  • Assist with classroom activities and individual learning needs
  • Work together with the other classroom staff to ensure the pupil is included
  • Support the child with their emotional and social developmen
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement learning plans
