Summary
We are a busy, inclusive school and work hard to engage all children in their learning to develop their independence and resilience.  We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our team. The successful applicant will:

  • Have responsibility for working with a group of children
  • Cover classes when required
  • Work under the direction of the class teacher
  • Work using their own initiative
  • Commit to CPD opportunities
  • Commit to extra-curricular activities where possible
  • Ensure the highest possible standards in education for young children

    Previous experience of working in a school is desirable and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated Teaching Assistant with high expectations of the children and themselves. You will join a team that is passionately committed to harnessing the educational potential of all our children whilst encouraging them to engage in daily life with increased confidence, self-esteem and independence.

    You will work 27.5 hours per week, Term Time only plus 1 week (additional hours may be available with regards to supporting extra-curricular activities).

    The salary range is £28,142 - £32,061 full time equivalent (actual pro rata salary range is £17,686 - £20,149).
