Summary
Moorside Primary School is looking to recruit a new Site Supervisor, following the retirement of our current post-holder at the end of this term.

Our very large primary school occupies a significant site on the outskirts of Lancaster and this is a good opportunity for the right person.

The typical working pattern involves split-shifts and there will be an expectation for flexibility within these hours when it meets the needs of the school. 

The post is 30 hours per week, for the full year (NOT term-time only).
Salary grade 4, points 4 - 6:  Gross salary £25,185 to £25,989 (pro rata £20,420 to £21,072).

We need someone who will take a real pride in their job, ensuring our buildings and grounds are maintained at their very best, creating the best learning environment for our staff and children.  

Liaison with the cleaning team will form part of the role, ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.  

We would particularly like to hear from people with useful, practical skills that are relevant to the role and would contribute to the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds.
