Full year, 25 hours per week (1pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday) therefore, actual salary based on points 10-14 would be £18,712 to £19,959
We are looking to appoint an Assistant Premises Manager. We would be delighted to give you a tour of the School, prior to applying for the post, where you will be able to see first-hand the high standards of cleaning and facilities and have a discussion with the current Premises Manager. Working under the direction of the Premises Manager you will contribute to the smooth running of the School. The School has a strong commitment to continuing professional development of all staff, therefore this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to progress in premises management as full training will be provided.
This is a full year post and therefore offers the option of taking some holidays within term time.

You should:- have a full driving licence;
- experience of undertaking manual tasks (e.g. basic joinery, plumbing, painting etc)
- have a flexible attitude to work;
- have the ability to undertake heavy lifting duties;
- have an awareness of health and safety issues;
- be able to confidently deputise in the absence of the Premises Manager with training.
