Summary
The governors of St. Anne's Copp Church of England Primary School, Great Eccleston are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and hardworking teaching assistant to work alongside our early years team. The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the class teacher (as well as the wider school team) in order to ensure that pupils make appropriate progress academically, socially and emotionally, within the ethos of our school.
We are a friendly, Christian school with a strong sense of team spirit, where our children are at the heart of everything we do. We have a strong personal enrichment programme for children and we put great value on developing and supporting mental health. We can offer you further experience and learning by working with our skilled and experienced teachers and teaching assistants.

Within the role, some lunchtime cover may be required and additional hours at after school club may also be available; this can be  discussed at interview. 
This position is term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.

  • Experience of working with or caring for Early Years and/or primary-aged children.  We are seeking someone who is positive, patient, empathetic, resilient, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils. A calm and positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.
