Summary
Are you an organised, proactive and discreet professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a school environment?  We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team and support the leadership of our school.

As the Personal Assistant to the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's leadership operations.  This is a varied and rewarding position that requires excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.

Essential Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 4 GCE/GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, which should include English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent work experience of at least 2 years


Desirable Qualifications

Have additional qualifications in business and/or management


Essential Experience

Experience of working in a comparable role

Experience of working and collaborating within a team

Experience administrative and secretarial tasks, including diary management

Proven track record of working independently and being self-motivated

Desirable Experience

Experience of using SIMS
