After School Club Assistant Vacancy
Eccleston Primary School is seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving out of school club team.
This is a part-time, term-time only position working Tuesdays and Fridays, 3:15pm – 5:15pm (4 hours per week).
What the role involves:
- Preparing and offering children a variety of healthy snacks.
- Supporting and engaging pupils in enjoyable, age-appropriate activities.
- Making sure all children are safe, happy, and well cared for by following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
- Helping to keep the club space clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Working closely with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working with children is desirable.
- A kind, patient and approachable manner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene (training available if needed).
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting children’s wellbeing.
