Site Supervisor

Salary Range: Grade 5 -SCP 6- 11 (£25,989 to £28,142)    Fulltime – 37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our busy and dedicated team.    Whitworth Community High School, is a small, inclusive, successful and happy school situated in a semi-rural location between Lancashire and Rochdale. 



What are we looking for?



We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager for our busy school. This is an exciting opportunity and requires someone who can :-




  • With limited supervision identify and prioritise maintenance requirements

  • Undertake when appropriate, and prepare work programmes.

  • Assist the school’s Health and Safety Officer for site related matters

  • Ensuring that the school runs smoothly by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site, porterage, maintenance, monitoring compliance of cleaning contract/Service Level Agreements and Building Projects etc with the relevant contractors.
