Summary
Due to a reduction in working hours for our current Welfare staff member, a vacancy has arisen for three days a week and we are seeking a dedicated Welfare Assistant to join our team.

Amongst other things, your main role will be to ensure the dinner hall experience for the children runs as smoothly as possible.

This will include activities such as:

  • Helping to set up and clear away the tables and chairs.
  • Showing children where to sit.
  • Ensuring children on school dinners have a drink.
  • Helping children cut up their food.
  • Clearing up any spillages.
  • Helping with supervising children out on the yard.
  • Ensuring children behave well at all times.
  • Developing positive relationships with all children. 

    This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis. Working hours from 11:45am - 1:30pm.
