Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, people-focussed HR professional to play a key role at Unity College. You will lead the delivery of our HR policies and procedures, ensuring a friendly, supportive and effective HR service that models best practice and complies with legislation.

As HR Manager, you will work closely with leaders and managers across the college, acting as an advisor on all aspects of HR and people management. Your expertise will help shape a positive working culture and ensure our staff are well supported.

Unity College is one of the largest 11–16 schools in Lancashire, with over 200 staff. In this role, you will be at the heart of supporting and developing our workforce. You’ll also benefit from the support of external HR advisors, giving you access to specialist guidance when needed.

With a 42-week working year and 10 weeks’ leave, this role offers the perfect balance of professional challenge and personal time.
