We are seeking a nurturing, professional, and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our Outstanding Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools. This exciting opportunity is initially based in our newly established Under 2s provision at Highfield Nursery School, with the expectation to work across both settings in the federation.

Role Details:- Contract Type: Permanent (subject to probation period)
- Hours: Flexible, between 20–30 hours per week
- Shift Pattern:
- Monday: 7:30–5:30
- Tuesday: 12:00–5:30
- Wednesday: 12:30–5:30
- Thursday & Friday: 9:00–1:00
(Shift patterns may vary to meet the needs of the setting and can be negotiated with the right candidate)

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.
