We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join us as our School Business Manager.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing exemplary support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will support our school in meeting its primary function of raising standards and improving outcomes for children through the provision of strategic vision and leadership in all aspects of financial management, resource and administration management, GDPR and HR.
This position is term time only plus 3 weeks, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.

- Essential Qualifications

- 5 GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) This must include English and Mathematics
- Certificate of School Business Management (CSBM) or working towards this qualification
- 5 GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) This must include English and Mathematics
- Desirable Qualifications

- NEBOSH certificate in Health and Safety
- NOS (National Occupational Standard in Business and Administration)
- Leadership and Management Qualification Level 4 and above
- Designated Safeguarding Lead with a willingness to undertake DSL training if required
- First Aid
- NEBOSH certificate in Health and Safety
- Essential Experience

- Experience of managing teams of staff within a school setting
- Proficient in IT skills using software packages (Eg SIMS, FMS, Microsoft Office, Oracle fusion)
Contributing to the Governance of a school.
- Administration of HR processes including experience of managing the Single Central Record and GDPR regulations
- Overseeing Health and Safety arrangements
- Financial management and income generation
- Experience of managing teams of staff within a school setting
- Desirable Experience

- Management of the school website
- Working with and contributing to the Senior Leadership Team
