Pendle Community High School & College is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding special school for students aged 11–19 with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs. We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day running of our operational services, ensuring our school continues to be a safe, efficient, and inspiring place to learn and work.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and support the Admin Team and Site Supervisor
  • Oversee health & safety, facilities, catering, and external provision
  • Support strategic planning with the School Business Manager
  • Supervise operational budgets and contribute to income generation
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety policies

  • Proven experience in a management role (school setting desirable)
  • Strong ICT, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and meet deadlines
  • A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous improvement
