Summary
St Oswald's Catholic Primary School is a place where staff members are happy because they are feel valued, trusted and respected. 

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Teaching Assistant (Level 2A). The governors are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and resilient person. The successful candidate will work in our EYFS unit, supporting a child with communication and interaction difficulties. Working with the class teacher, they will make sure the child is happy and safe in school, whilst ensuring they access their learning successfully. In addition to supporting this child, the successful candidate will be key member of the EYFS team, playing a key role in the education of the whole class. This is an exciting opportunity as our EYFS unit will soon grow when our new school-based nursery opens in the Autumn Term. 

The working hours for this role are initially 26.25 hours per week, term time only, comprising: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 12.00pm and 1.00pm – 3:15pm. Please note the salary quoted is the full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.
