Banks St Stephen’s CE Primary School is excited to announce the expansion of our highly regarded nursery provision to include a new, purpose-built space for two-year-olds – Fox Cubs Nursery. We are seeking an experienced, nurturing and highly motivated Early Years Room Leader to take the lead in establishing and delivering an exceptional learning environment for our youngest learners.
What you’ll be doing:- Leading the planning and delivery of high-quality, child-led learning experiences for two-year-olds
- Creating a warm, calm, and homely environment rooted in care, play and curiosity
- Working closely with families to build strong home–school partnerships
- Ensuring all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met to the highest standards
- Supporting, mentoring and inspiring other practitioners in the room
We’re looking for someone who:- Holds a relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
- Has strong experience working with two-year-olds, ideally in a lead or supervisory role
- Understands the unique developmental needs of toddlers and the importance of early attachment
- Is organised, proactive and reflective, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Embraces our Christian values and inclusive ethos
