We are looking to appoint an additional Technology Technician to join our team. You will be working across the full range of technology subjects - Art, Design and Technology, Engineering, and Food Preparation and Nutrition. No two days are the same, and your skills will help spark imagination, fuel curiosity, and bring practical learning to life.
The role will include:- Preparing materials for Design and Technology lesson and Engineering lessons.
- Supporting the delivery of practical lessons in Food Preparation and Nutrition (preparation before, assisting during the lesson and then clean up afterwards).
- Organising materials and equipment for art topics.
- Maintaining workshop tools in line with safety standards.
- Helping students troubleshoot their creations and celebrating their wins.
We are looking for:- A practical, adaptable approach and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence with tools, machinery, and materials.
- A good understanding of health and safety.
- A background in any relevant field: technology, art, food, engineering or education.
