We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Manager to join our large and vibrant school. The successful candidate will efficiently manage the day to day running of the reflection room in school, supporting students to make positive choices. Please see the job description and person specification attached for further information about the role.
An essential part of the role will be understanding the school safeguarding protocols and adhering to the statutory requirements for regulated activity with children, always ensuring student safety and well-being.
Lytham St Annes High School recently converted to an academy as a founding member of the Coastal Collaborative Trust.
