We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team at Little Hoole Primary School. This role will primarily involve working with children in Reception and/or Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the teaching and learning of individuals and small groups, primarily in Reception and/or Key Stage 1
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support in the classroom
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in the preparation of resources and classroom activities
- Supervise lunchtimes
We are looking for someone who:- Has a genuine passion for working with our fantastic children
- Demonstrates flexibility, patience, resilience and a positive attitude
- Has good communication and teamwork skills
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or has experience in a similar role

Please note - The position is a permanent 5-hour minimum contract, although we expect the hours of work for the 2025-26 academic year to be 22.5 hours, between 8:45am - 1:15pm Monday to Friday. This is a term time only contract, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
