Our Lady’s Catholic High School is a highly successful oversubscribed 11–16 mixed High School of 900 pupils serving mainly the Catholic community in the north of Preston. We have an excellent reputation and are consistently ranked as a high performing school. We place an emphasis on helping each child reach their full potential and provide a safe, loving environment where our pupils can grow and develop to become One of Ours. The Governors are now seeking to appoint a permanent cleaner who under the direction and instruction of the cleaning supervisor will carry out the cleaning of designated areas within the school premises to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition and to the agreed quality standards.
The post is paid on the Foundation Living Wage and is for 12 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 INSET days and 3 cleaning weeks. The working hours are either Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 8.30am and Friday 6.00am to 8.00am or Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 3.00pm to 5.30pm, Tuesday 2.30pm to 5.00pm and Friday 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
