The Governors of Hillside Nursery School are seeking to appoint an inspirational Nursery Room Leader who is highly motivated, creative thinking with energy and vision to lead our lively and enthusiastic team.
The successful candidate must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent, with experience of working with children in the Early Years (0-5) and possessing the following key attributes and skills:
- Have knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Have experience in SEND
- Able to perform key person responsibilities, including keeping precise records of children’s progress and development to share with parents and carers
- Be able to build positive relationships with all children
- Be keen to learn
- Be able to work flexibly as part of a high performing team
- Be caring, friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated to ensuring children achieve full potential
- Be able to share our commitment for inclusion developing the best possible learning environment for all children
- Be committed to high standards of Teaching and Learning
