LTA are seeking an experienced Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Key Stage 1 child at a 3-form entry school, in the Wyre & Fylde Area.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working with pupils with Cerebral Palsy & Epilepsy.

This new TA2/TA3 role is a full-time position covering 5 days per week, from 08:45-15:15.

This is a role to start ASAP for at least a full term, with the potential to go on contract for the right candidate.

The candidate must have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:
• Monitoring targets for future progress
• Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers
• Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils
• Monitoring pupils progress in reference to the school’s practice
• Excellent behaviour management skills
