Summary
The Governing Body at Aughton Town Green Primary School is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic HLTA/TA to support the teaching and learning in our Reception Unit.

This position will require the successful candidate to work in a traditional Reception Teaching Assistant’s role in the mornings, as well as covering whole classes, primarily in our Reception Unit, as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in the afternoons.

Our new HLTA/TA will be fully involved in all teaching and learning activities across our two reception classes; as a result of this they must have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum as well as the developmental needs of this age group. The school will provide an effective team of colleagues to support and further develop the successful candidate both personally and professionally.
