Summary
At The Breck, we believe every aspect of school life matters – and first impressions count. We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Groundsperson to join our happy team.

Our dynamic approach values those who take pride in their work and contribute to the school's welcoming environment. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from ensuring that pathways are clear and weed-free to trimming hedges and engaging in morning conversations with our school community as parents drop off their children.

This position is primarily outdoor-based, and our picturesque grounds require annual maintenance to uphold their beauty. We offer flexible hours, with a preferred start time from 6:30 am to 7:30 am for opening duties. Additional hours can be scheduled to run concurrently or at any point during the school day.  Due to the nature of the role, annual leave must be taken out of term time however, due to this post being full year,  there is more opportunity for flexibility with the hours during the school holidays and this can be discussed at interview.

If you are passionate about maintaining beautiful school grounds, we would love to hear from you.
