    We are looking for a dedicated TA3 to join the EYFS department at a well-regarded school in Morecambe. This position has become available due to retirement and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in the early years of children's education. The role is particularly suited to individuals with experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND.

    Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum within the classroom.
  • Work closely with the EYFS team to implement continuous provision that enhances learning.
  • Assist in creating a supportive, engaging, and safe learning environment for children.
  • Support children with SEND, adapting activities to meet their educational and developmental needs.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of children, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Prepare learning materials under the direction of the teacher and organise learning spaces.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and the application of continuous provision.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and committed approach to child development and learning.
