- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy

- Recent experience working in Early Years/Foundation Stage
- A secure understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development
- Confidence in supporting phonics, early language, and emotional literacy
- Strong communication skills for working with both staff and parents
- Recent experience working in Early Years/Foundation Stage
- Desirable Experience

- Experience delivering phonics sessions, ideally using Read Write Inc scheme.
- Proven ability to support children with SEN (Special Educational Needs), including implementing EHCP targets or delivering tailored interventions
- Ability to adapt provision to ensure an inclusive, engaging environment that supports child-initiated learning.
