The Coppice School is a thriving school in South Ribble between Leyland and Preston. We have 66 pupils on roll aged between 2 - 19 years with severe and complex learning difficulties. We look for highly energetic and motivated staff who embrace challenge as we believe in the uniqueness of every student, and offer a personalised approach to teaching.
The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic, motivated, flexible, creative and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for working with pupils with a range of severe, complex and additional needs including ASD, to join our happy and dedicated staff team. The school is committed to safeguarding children and this post is subject to a check by the Disclosure Barring Service. The interview will assess your suitability to work with children and include questions relating to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. This position is part-time and term time only.
Please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
