The ideal candidate will have the passion and determination to ensure that all our students become excellent citizens. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the requirements of this demanding but rewarding role.
We are looking for an Assistant Head of Year who will:
- work directly with students to support, motivate, and encourage students to succeed
- bring knowledge and experience to secure positive outcomes through pastoral support
- actively support young people and their families to overcome barriers to learning
- model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work and a good sense of humour
