The Rol
We are seeking a committed and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, both within the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver a creative and engaging curriculum that meets individual learning needs.
- Foster independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils through tailored support and guidance.
- Use a variety of strategies and resources to engage pupils with diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our children.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Have experience working in a special school or supporting children with SEN.
- Be passionate about promoting a creative curriculum that inspires and motivates pupils.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Be committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
