The Rol

We are seeking a committed and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will:

Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, both within the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings.

Work closely with teachers to deliver a creative and engaging curriculum that meets individual learning needs.

Foster independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils through tailored support and guidance.

Use a variety of strategies and resources to engage pupils with diverse learning styles.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our children.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Have experience working in a special school or supporting children with SEN.

Be passionate about promoting a creative curriculum that inspires and motivates pupils.

Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Be committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
